Leadership Training

The first Leadership Training of 2012 was held at St. Cyril of Alexandria Parish, attended by 46 individuals representing 13 institutions across Metro Tucson. We began by acknowledging three broad realities:

• Tucson is the "emptiest" city in the U.S., 
• 25% of us live in poverty, 
• 50% of our mortgages are underwater. 

We learned how organizing ourselves can change this and committed to build an action plan for change.
